A: Yes. The sample is free, but you are expected to pay for the delivery fee.
 
4. Q: Can I visit your factory?

5. Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: We are well aware that quality is an essential factor for a long-term cooperation.
    We have duties to do following items:
1).All raw materials are environmental-friendly;
2).Skillful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes;
3).Quality Control Team specially responsible for quality checking in each process. 
 
6. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment Terms:
1). T/T: 30% deposit, the balance 70% of payment before the shipment;
T/T: 30% deposit, the balance 70% of payment against the copy of B/L.
